We believe design-led and architecturally-led projects produce the best outcomes, for clients, for budgets, for architects and for the built & natural environment. We welcome enquiries from Architects & owners, we will gladly consider your projects, provide pricing and advice as required garnered from 20 years building experience.

Resume
Avalon Constructions was established in 2013 by Russ Davis. Russ has a degree in Industrial design, Cert IV in Building and Construction, and Cert III in Carpentry. Russ has also completed a Master Builders Association Green Living program.
Russ is an environmentally conscious and dedicated builder, who specialises in architectural bespoke projects utilising green building methods.
Russ is university trained in design drafting so he fully understands the architectural language and fully interpret the plans. Russ is particularly good in problem solving that arise in architectural prototyping. He is calm, controlled & rational, communicates with diplomacy between clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.
His fine carpentry joinery skills were utilized for architectural homes by Glenn Murcuttand Rick LePlastrier in the Upper Blue Mountains when he worked for Blackheath local builder Rolley Clarke.
Commercial building experience with Hansen Yunken for the Wolgan Valley Emirates 6 star spa & resort and Site foreman for Brookfield Multiplex BER for the Upper Blue Mountains schools.
High end residential site supervisor for Pacific Plus Constructions on the Northern Beaches for a Chenchow Little new build in Palm Beach - Stewart House, Walter Barda new build stage 1 groundworks in Palm Beach and Smith & Tzannes designed renovations for a house in Clontarf, before going out on his own.
